Five Nodes for Artificial Intelligence, AI systems engineering
Named products, not a feature list

Three products.
One custom lane.

Most AI companies hand you a menu of capabilities and leave you to assemble the product yourself. We work the other way round. Five Nodes ships three named systems, each with a job you can describe in one sentence: Agents, the Monitor and Basha. Everything else on this page is either a service we run alongside them, a solution we have already built for a specific business, or work we scope from scratch with you.

// The three products

Each one does a different job.

They are separate products. You can run one without the others: the Monitor, for instance, works over a team that is entirely human.

Agents

A custom AI agent that answers your customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat and the phone, and finishes the task.

  • One brain and one knowledge base behind all four channels, so the phone does not contradict WhatsApp.
  • Reads an Arabic voice note, checks what is actually available, books it, and sends the confirmation.
  • Steps aside and puts a human in the moment it should not be the one answering.

The Monitor

Reads the conversations your team is having and tells you where they are going wrong. It never replies to a customer.

  • Scores every conversation your team handles for tone, quality and response time.
  • Flags the customer nobody answered, the second complaint, the deal that went quiet.
  • Read only by design, and it works whether the team is human, an agent, or both.

Basha

The owner's assistant. You ask it out loud, it answers from live business data, and then it acts on what you asked.

  • Ask in Arabic or English and get the number off the live system, not off a report someone exported last week.
  • It does not stop at answering. It can carry out the action you asked for.
  • Built for the person who runs the business. It is not a customer bot and it is not another dashboard.

// Custom work

Workflow automation is not a product.

It is the plumbing. It is how a product reaches the rest of your business: your CRM, your calendar, your accounting, the spreadsheet one person maintains and everyone depends on. We build a great deal of it, and we never sell it on its own, because on its own it is a bill without an outcome.

  • Connecting a product to the systems you already run.
  • Moving data between tools that were never meant to talk to each other.
  • Internal tools for a team that repeats the same manual job every day.
  • A system with no product name yet, scoped from scratch with you.

A first deployment typically goes live in 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how much of your data has to be untangled first. A larger project takes longer.

// ChatGPT Ads

The answer box now has ads in it.

On 31 August 2026 OpenAI opened ChatGPT advertising to businesses billed in Qatar, alongside ten other markets in the region. A placement sits in a labelled block under the answer, and it is matched to what the person is asking about in that conversation rather than to a profile assembled from their browsing. We are already running this for a client.

  • The account opened and approved, the billing entity sorted, and the campaigns structured before a riyal is spent.
  • The campaigns run: creative, bidding, geography, and the tracking that ties a click back to something that actually happened in your business.
  • Or handed over instead. We set it up, train your team on it, and stay reachable rather than resident.
  • The unpaid half as well, so ChatGPT has something accurate to say about you when nobody has bought the answer.

One thing worth knowing early: OpenAI bills the legal entity that advertises, and that entity has to be registered in a country on its list. Qatar is on it.

// Where the old pages went

Eight service pages became three products.

Five of the eight were features of something else, not things you could buy. If a link brought you to one of them, here is where the same thing lives now.

AI voice solutions

The phone is one of the four channels Agents works, not a separate product.

Agents

AI chat and messaging

This is Agents, described without its name. It now has both.

Agents

Omnichannel monitoring

This is the Monitor, and it now says out loud that it never replies to your customers.

The Monitor

Smart booking

Booking is what the agent does at the end of a conversation, so it lives inside Agents.

Agents

Workflow automation

Still something we build every week, never something we sell on its own.

Custom work

Data and intelligence

Reading your conversations and turning them into numbers is the Monitor's job.

The Monitor

AI customer memory

Memory is a layer inside the products, split between the agent's knowledge and the Monitor's customer profiles.

Agents

Smart notifications

Reminders and follow ups are messages the agent sends, so they belong to Agents.

Agents

WhatsApp

WhatsApp is a channel of Agents, sharing one brain with the other three.

Agents

Automation

Same answer as workflow automation: it is custom work, not a product.

Custom work

Consulting and integration

Every engagement opens with a discovery call, before anything is scoped or built.

not the meeting.

Pick the product that matches the problem and read how it actually works. If none of the three is the answer, the discovery call is where we work out what is.
