It reads every conversation your team has.It never replies to your customers.
You have four people answering WhatsApp and you have no idea what they said today. Somebody waited two hours for a reply. Somebody was told the wrong price. Somebody asked twice and gave up. The Monitor reads all of it, in Arabic and English, and tells you what happened: who waited, who was unhappy, which complaint is still open, and which customer is about to leave. It never sends a message to your customer. It is not a bot on your line. It is the view you do not have.
The conversations are all there. Nobody reads them.
Every message your team sends is already saved. That is not the gap. The gap is that no owner has time to read a week of WhatsApp threads, and the threads worth reading are the ones nobody flags. By the time it shows in the revenue, the conversation is a month old.
Here is one day in one inbox. The line is the whole day, midnight to midnight. The lighter band is the hours somebody is at a desk. Every mark above the line is a customer message arriving. Every mark below it is the reply, drawn at the minute it actually went out. The gap between the two is what the customer felt.

- Instagram message at 06:03, answered at 09:41.
- Web chat message at 09:58, answered at 10:03.
- Phone message at 11:20, answered at 11:24.
- WhatsApp message at 12:31, never answered.

- Web chat message at 17:46, answered at 17:50.

Nobody on that team did anything wrong. The night messages waited for the morning, the afternoon was answered in minutes, and one conversation simply never came back up. Nobody noticed, because nobody was counting. The Monitor counts.
You do not have to take our word for it. Open the demo.
The demo is live and self-serve. Enter your email, get a six digit code, and you are in. No sales call first, no form somebody chases you about. Inside are five worked industry profiles on sample data: cleaning and home services, a university, an automotive showroom, an events company, and a clinic.
The console runs in Arabic and English with full right to left layout, so you read it in the language your team works in.

The Monitor connects to the channels your customers already use: WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat, and phone call transcripts where those exist. It reads the whole thread, not a sample, and it does not care who typed the reply. Your longest serving staff member and an AI agent are scored on the same scale.
Seven answers you cannot get by scrolling.
The Monitor does not hand you a search box. It runs the same questions over every conversation, on a schedule, and puts the answers where you will see them.
Sentiment
How the customer actually felt, message by message, not just how the thread ended.
Response time
First reply and worst reply, per conversation and per person.
Quality score
Every conversation graded against your standard: did the team answer, quote the right price, follow up.
Complaints
Their own records, with a category and a severity, re-checked every thirty minutes until they close.
Escalation
A scan every minute for the conversation nobody answered, so the alert reaches you the same morning.
Churn risk
The customer whose tone cooled, who stopped replying, who has not said he is leaving.
The daily rollup
One written brief each evening: what happened, what is trending, where the team needs coaching.
In one live deployment that is eight analysis jobs writing into twelve tables, running continuously.

End of day brief
Written for you every evening: what happened, what is trending, and the one thing worth fixing tomorrow.
Real before and after on first response time: 40 minutes down to 5, 20 minutes down to 1, and 2 hours down to under 10.
It works with an AI agent. It works without one.
The Monitor is not a report card on a chatbot. One of our live deployments watches a WhatsApp operation with no AI agent on it at all: two numbers, an entirely human team, every reply typed by a person. The owner did not want a bot talking to his clients. He wanted to know what his people were saying. If you never buy an agent from us, the Monitor still does its whole job. And if you do run agents, it reads them on exactly the same terms as it reads your staff.
Read-only. In writing.
This is the section that decides the sale, so nothing in it is hedged.
It never replies to your customers.
No output of the Monitor reaches a customer. Not an auto-reply, not a nudge, not a draft one tap from being sent by mistake.
It never sends anything on your behalf.
It holds no write permission on your channels. It reports to you and to the people you name. That is all of its outbound.
It is read-only by design, not by setting.
There is no toggle that turns it into a bot. Something that answers customers is a different product and a separate decision.
What you connect, and what you get on day one.
You connect the channels
WhatsApp numbers, Instagram, web chat. Read access only. Your team installs nothing and changes nothing.
We set your standard
What counts as a fast reply, what counts as a complaint, who gets alerted. Settings you change, not code you commission.
You get the console and the brief
One place to look, one written summary a day, and alerts that reach you while something can still be fixed.
A first deployment typically goes live in 2 to 4 weeks depending on how many channels you connect. A larger project takes longer.
The six questions every owner asks.
Does the Monitor ever reply to my customers?
No. Not once, not as an auto-reply, not as a suggested draft your team can send with one tap. It has read access to your channels and no write access at all. Everything it produces is addressed to you and to the people you name. Something that answers customers is our Agents product, and that is a separate decision.
Does my team know they are being monitored?
They should, and we ask you to tell them before the first day. We will not help anyone run this quietly. Beyond the ethics, a team that finds out later treats the whole thing as a trap, and the coaching value is gone permanently. The honest version is easy to say out loud: these conversations are already saved on the company's own accounts, the Monitor reads the same messages a supervisor could open by hand, and it scores the conversation rather than the person. Owners who announce it in a ten minute meeting tend to end up with a team that asks to see its own scores. And it reads the business channels you connect and nothing else: no personal phones, no personal accounts, no private messages.
Do I need an AI agent before this is useful?
No. One of our live deployments has no agent at all. If your team is entirely human, the Monitor has more to tell you, not less, because every reply on the account was a decision somebody made.
Does it actually work in Arabic?
Yes, and it handles threads that switch between Arabic and English inside one sentence, which is how most Gulf customer service actually reads. The console is bilingual with full right to left layout, so the Arabic version is written Arabic, not a translation layer on an English screen.
Dialect coverage confirmed in production: Modern Standard Arabic, Egyptian, Levantine and Khaleeji.
Where does my data live, and who can see it?
In a dedicated tenant or a cloud account you own, encrypted in transit and at rest. We sign NDAs and data processing agreements, and no client data goes into a shared training set. Built to enterprise practices, and we are in the process of certification. We will not tell you we hold a certificate we do not hold yet.
What does my team have to change?
Nothing. Same WhatsApp, same phones, no new app to install and no new habit to learn. The console is for you and your supervisors. The only thing that changes is that the work becomes visible.
Open the demo.
It takes a minute.
Your email and a six digit code, no sales call first. If you want to see the same console with your own numbers in it, book thirty minutes afterwards.
